“The crew did wonderful job. They where very fast and efficient. What seemed like a blink of an eye the old siding was down and the new siding was up. The team also was wonderful when it was discovered that an issue came up with my tv and internet cable. Working together with my telecom provider the team assisted in a new cable being run and completely hidden behind the new siding.“

“After searching around and looking at the work of a few contractors we contacted Mike from KPI Jr about a complete exterior renovation of our home in Fairless Hills. We had scheduled 3 contractors for estimates and of the 3 one did not show up, Mike gave us an estimate and we had one more estimate. The other estimate did not include the extras that we added on after deciding to go with Mike and that estimate was over $20k higher than Mike. This led me to believe that Mike may have missed something. We scrutinized the estimate with Mike and did some digging and we hired Mike. “The absolute best! Fair prices, professionalism on point, great communication and great work. A contractor who backs up what they say without any hidden surprises or fees. You know what you are getting into upfront, which now of days is very rare. Joe and his team helped me during a major sewage back up that destroyed every level of my home. They did such a beautiful job after i had just finished renovating! They got my house back together and even got completely rid of the sewage smell! Which let me tell you, the mitigation company treated 3 diff times and couldnt even do that. They replaced the entire Hvac system, replaced all the air ducks, new sub pump and clean out, treated all the wood and areas with kills, replaced walling /insulation and laid new flooring down. kitchen cabinets/counter/sink, trim work, all new doors, painted walls…..the whole 9! The workers were literally there promptly EVERY DAY the same times and were hardworking, trustworthy, and knowledgable.
