“Solar installation was September 11th. It was installed very quickly (less than a day) and still looks nice. The critter guard is important. Two panels went down two days later. The error code was for the inverters. Nearly three weeks later, I'm still waiting for parts and asking them to communicate with me. I'm losing almost 10% of possible energy generation every day they are down so now my ROI is worse. I'm not sure why they don't have spares and I was told that I'm just unlucky as they don't go down often. I'm disappointed, though... It's like buying a new car ($33k) and the accessories you really liked are broken. Review is for now as I still don't have what I paid.
Update - Oct 2nd
Owner got involved with team and helped locate additional inverters. They were scheduled for replacement today and they gave a text 45 minutes to let us know when they'd show. The work was quick. Will monitor and provide another update. Upgrading to four stars for now until I've seen solid uptime.”
