I've come here twice now to service my Dell XPS 8500, which I bought in January 2013. The first time was to replace a failed hard drive early in the pandemic, which was done fairly quickly and inexpensively.

Then, two or three weeks ago, the computer started freezing. The first few times, I could restart it after a few attempts. I went a few days with no freezing, then the problem worsened: It would turn on, but Windows wouldn't load.
