“Hello World!<br><br>I'm the genius who owned a mechanical external hard drive since 2007 (Photos, music, docs), and then paid a horrible price for maintaining that position. Who knew?<br><br>Computer Guy caught my eye during my online search as I was in fact, in need of a computer guy. Lucky me.<br><br>I entered the Computer Guy lair (Which is far more than one guy), and was immediately impressed with the counterperson who spun me a hard-boiled, full accounting of how he once built/installed a water-cooled video card.<br><br>I unpacked the drive I murdered and handed it over for a visual examination.<br><br>After we laughed about a rational adult knowingly operating a HDD for 18 years as being unforgivably silly, I left my device in the knowledgeable hands of Manny.<br><br>I read that the data recovery process may not recover all files...rats.<br><br>A few days later, I was informed that some data was recovered.<br><br>Turns out, Manny recovered 100% of 18 years of family photos/vids, and he is now a literal member of my family forever and ever.<br><br>Fair pricing, personable employees, and I had a delightful first-time experience with Computer Guy PC Solutions!<br><br>I will absolutely come back if another PC related issue ensues.<br><br>Anyone reading this...this is the place.”

“My cat got tangled in some cables and pulled my personal laptop off my desk. It wouldn't start. Of course, once I brought it in, Vadim's magic touch got it to boot up right away. LOL! So I decided to have him replace the old battery which couldn't even hold a charge for an hour. He was busy, and I was traveling, so it took a while, but all good! I finally have a laptop I can use without power, like in my writing group, and Vadim lubricated the hinges and cleaned it up. Honestly, it's better than new! Highly recommend!”
