My cat got tangled in some cables and pulled my personal laptop off my desk. It wouldn't start. Of course, once I brought it in, Vadim's magic touch got it to boot up right away. LOL! So I decided to have him replace the old battery which couldn't even hold a charge for an hour. He was busy, and I was traveling, so it took a while, but all good! I finally have a laptop I can use without power, like in my writing group, and Vadim lubricated the hinges and cleaned it up. Honestly, it's better than new! Highly recommend!
Vadim helped me order a new case to support a bigger, better, CPU water cooler. My original cooler broke, causing games to make my PC's temperatures throttle and crash. He helped me make the best decision for my money and PC's well-being, took 1-2 weeks to replace all my parts into the new case, and everything is working flawlessly. I trust him to help me make the best decisions again in a few months to replace my psu and other parts. Couldn't recommend enough!
My pc has been broken for a while and I was in search of someone to fix for a long time, that is until I found g1tech. When I first walked in, I noticed that the owner seemed to know everything there is to know about computers and that he really knew what he was doing. That was the first green flag I noticed doing business there. I did not hesitate to allow him to work on my pc and find a solution, in which he did in a quick and timely manner. Once the problem was figured out, he gave me a very accurate estimate, explained the problems and next steps, and gave me options.
