The LakehouseWe bought a 27-year-old cottage on a cliff that was built for someone else’s life. With the guidance and support from Clemleddy Construction, we totally reconfigured it into a contemporary home that is not only open and airy but also cozy and comfortable and as close to maintence-free as possible. I contacted Clemleddy to do a total renovation of a lake house than we owned. We had used the house as a vacation home for about 15 years and now wanted to fix all the things we liked about the house while keeping the things we did like so we could retire there. Craig and his team did a fantastic job of doing just that. They also suggested a number of things that made the house even better. They did a wonderful job and many people comment on how great our house looks. Also even after a year or more, if we discovered something that was not quite right, Craig would send his team back to make it right, and no charge. Thanks Clemleddy we are still just loving our home!!
