it took a few days to get everything done but Jeff made sure that everything was fixed and working properly. Thank you Rachel and Jeff for following up and making sure I was satisfied with the job completed.

We had the best experience with this company. We had 4 other companies tell us completely different things wrong with our restaurant oven. All over 2500 in repairs. I called the manufacturer in Canada, who referred them. Joey was so positive and polite as soon as he walked in. He literally diagnosed the issue. TOTALLY different than anyone else. He had small parts with him but needed something else. His boss showed up 20 minutes later and for the first time in one year, our oven worked! Oh, and it was $542.00 .These guys are literally the best we have found for our restaurant is 13 hears. Terri, Joey, Bryan...Thanks from The Farmer & The Chickpea

**MODIFIED REVIEW**My initial review was a 1 star review. K&D performed warranty work on my dishwasher. Service techs were nice, completed the work, but the work ended up not being covered under the warranty. My complaint is that there was never any communication stating that the work may not be covered, despite me making it very clear that I was hiring them ONLY due to the warranty. I would like to suggest that service techs and schedulers inform all warranty customers that they can not guarantee the coverage and will not know until after the service is performed if it will be covered under the claim.
