I am a small business owner as well and we are constantly in meetings throughout the day. What is one of the many reasons Mumma’s gets 5 stars? DELIVERY TIME WINDOW!!! We we told 1 to 1:30 and they arrived at 1:15. Our appliance was installed and we were back to work quickly. So much better than “sometime in the morning or afternoon.” I have had one of those “afternoon appointments” that arrive at 7pm!?!?. Thank you Grace, John, Kevin and the rest of the crew for making our purchase simple, quick and with ❤️.

Very efficient and no nonsense. I was in and out of there within 10 minutes, and the dishwasher was installed on the day and time it was promised. It's nice to see a business that has its sh!t together. It's rare these days. I will purchase from them again without hesitation.

I can't believe this business gets bad reviews! It has been my experience that they do everything to help the customer make good decisions. I think every major appliance in my house was bought from Mumma. Just bought a new washing machine, to replace a machine we bought 9 years ago from Lowe's. It is definitely our go-to place for major appliances.
