how people get service from this company! I called and had to wait more than 7 minutes. A rude lady with accent spoke. Didn't understand my address, the first thing she told was $200 travel cost! Then to open account she said $500 for new customer!! I was calling to repair my refrigerator!! what a pathetic lady is she!!
