The first crew, led by Jared, handled the removal of all damaged items and thoroughly power-washed and disinfected the entire space. Jared and his team (Matt, Israel, and Alex) were prompt, professional, respectful, and incredibly kind. They worked tirelessly and took an extraordinary level of care with every detail. What really stood out was their initiative and thoughtfulness — when I asked if I could borrow the power washer to tackle a grease stain on my deck, Jared didn’t hesitate; he simply took care of it himself.
