“Wind from a severe storm caused extensive damage to our roof. We needed anew roof, and a local contractor advised us to contact Guardian Adjustment LLC. We did just that and are so glad we did! Long story short, thru their efforts we were able to recover the entire cost of the new roof that we needed as well as the “hold back” charge which the insurance company initially reserves from paying out till later, if at all. The results speak for themselves: the basement looks better than it ever has. They even took the time to paint the steps leading up to the first floor, something we hadn’t expected but are so grateful for.
