EDS and Matt Ziegler's team are tremendous. They were on site the morning of our house fire and I feel like they never left our side through the whole entire restoration process and even today. Matt's team, starting with Kerry and her inventory team, was incredibly patient, professional, knowledgeable and gave us the confidence that they would do everything they could for us to guide us through the difficult process. We, as clients, were looking for two main things: communication and work product. Both were exceptional. Updated from 1 star to 5 stars. Company President Mark G personally reviewed the issue with me and immediately reimbursed me completely for all damage. (EDS's agent/worker damaged my garden while working at the neighbor's house. After several hopeful calls with employees, the owner refused to take responsibility for this and told me I had to deal with the neighbor who hired them.)

When we had a major leak at our house, we called EDS based on their reputation and the good experience someone else had with them prior and our insurance was fine with whoever we picked for remediation. Their crew was here in an hour to start the process before the damage got worse. Tom made sure everything was done properly and was great to work with. So good, that we decided to also use EDS for the remodeling project that came later. And they were able to schedule our basement restoration quickly so we feel like the flood is finally behind us and things back to normal. I would not hesitate to use EDS.Services: Flood cleanup
