I had severe wind damage to my roof and siding that resulted in interior water damage. My wife and I are retired and never filed an insurance claim before and I did not even know what to do. Our second floor was flooded with water from the area where our roof was wind damaged. My insurance provider recommended Mark 1 Restoration Service so we contacted them. The estimate took a little more time than I wanted to get approved by my insurance company which was disappointing, but I do not have a bad thing to say about Mark 1 Restoration. Mark 1 Chelfont was recommended to me by my insurance company and after talking with a few other restoration companies I decided they would be the best fit for our needs. Our project manager Scott Snyder was very attentive through the whole process. Scott’s knowledge and understanding of our budget was the most helpful during the selection process. He was always available when we had questions and was more then willing to talk and communicate during this process.
