“Had a leak last Thursday - Henny came out that day to assess. Used a camera with imaging to locate wetness inside the walls - he and his team took pictures and got back with a quote an hour later! Tom and Louie came on Saturday to open the wall and install fans & humidifiers to ensure that everything dries quickly and correctly. They set up containment structures to keep everything covered. Tom and Louie were professional & friendly. They even explained to my toddler what was happening. Today (Tuesday) they came back to remove the machines & take the containment areas down. Like many homes in the area, age has caused everything in our house, including floors, walls, and door openings, to go slightly off-kilter. David is always keenly aware of the special issues that an older home presents when repairs or renovations are involved. He replaced our ugly, drafty, metal front door with a beautiful triple pane glass and wood door; he patiently figured out how to hang the new door properly in our slanted door opening. He also replaced a slipshod folding closet door that had been installed during an earlier renovation with a set of bespoke solid wood doors. David seems to take great joy in tracking down the perfect crystal doorknob or time-period appropriate moulding to make our house look its best. (He is also good at reparing damage inflicted on that beautiful moulding by exuberant puppies). I highly recommend David!“

“While I was impressed with this company's ability to comprehensively identify the issues with leaks in my home, the craftsmanship of their workers was really what made the experience standout and earn them this review.
Alejandro and Jose were fast, detail-oriented, and incredibly talented. They replaced an entire wall in my basement and rebuilt it (concrete, waterproofing, insulation, drywall, the works) in two weeks. Not only this, they went above and beyond to re-secure supports under my stairs (that were against the wall), and rebuild my under-the-stairs pantry into a more efficient use of space. Jose and Alejandro's dedication to excellence and precision was evident in every step of the process. Alejandro worked overtime over the weekend to get the job done as soon as possible without sacrificing quality.

Not only were Jose and Alejandro clearly exceptional at their craft, they were incredibly kind and respectful of my space. It's not always pleasant to have workers in and out of your home for projects like these, but I wouldn't have minded another week of them on the job. They took their work and were very detailed oriented. The end result is Beautiful. I am so happy that I used them and not someone who says they can do the job . Only (minor, minor, minor) issue- they require a call to confirm the visit the day of the scheduled appointment. Somehow, when you book an appointment online (for a specified day/time) it is confirmed and an email is sent. Caution: if you don't respond to their call the day of the appointment, they will NOT dispatch the technician/plumber. Only complaint is the fact that they don't seem to explain that on their website! (I know now) When I get an email message saying "appointment confirmed", I (incorrectly) assume that the appointment is confirmed. Beware- that is not the case! Oh, and to add to the confusion, the confirmation call seems to come from strange, non-local area code which my cell phone interprets as "Scam Likely", only it is not.

Again, it's a minor issue. Their service is too good to hold it against them.

Otherwise, they are TERRIFIC! Small jobs/big jobs they are knowledgable and most importantly HONEST. That has been my experience.“
