Moisture Master Pros

We called Moisture Master Pros to detect where our water leaks were coming from after various "professionals" came and failed. The technician, Josh, was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, very patient at explaining everything to us and answering all our questions. We couldn't be happier with Josh. The report was thorough and clearly explains which actions we need to take to fix our current problems and prevent potential new ones. The only tiny complain is that the report was later than they promised, and we had to ask a couple of times, but the office was responsive and professional. Promise was really persistent regarding issues we had with PECO. She did a great job of advocating for us when they were unable to continue the job without PECO installing critical safety measures. Promise kept us in the loop at every step. I'm so glad that she helped us so much!Moisture Master Pros just finished the work on our home, so I can't speak to the long-term quality but they do have a year warranty!Services: Roof repair

I want to do a re-do after some time and thinking. Josh and Hank did a fantastic job. The communication can be improved but that's a small issue. The main issue is finding the leak and fixing it and they did that and more. When the water was pouring down in my bedroom they came over a weekend on Sunday evening to support and help me contain the water "leak". Next morning they found the split down spout and, were kind enough to let me sleep, and told me when I woke up. They fixed it. The reports are very clear and detailed.
