She truly takes her time, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel comfortable and heard the entire visit.<br><br>And I have to especially shout out Maria—she was wonderful from the moment I walked in. She helped me through the pre-exam and was so caring and gentle, explaining what she was doing and why each step mattered. She made the whole process feel easy and reassuring, and her warm, calm personality instantly puts you at ease. She’s not only helpful and efficient, but genuinely kind—just an all-around lovely person to interact with.<br><br>Debbie, the store manager… where do I begin? She truly feels like the glue that holds the whole place together. People coming in and out of this location clearly know her well, and it’s easy to see why. My personal experience with her was excellent: she’s caring, patient, and really listens to what you want and need. She also gives thoughtful recommendations without ever making you feel rushed or pressured.<br><br>This whole team is outstanding. Highly recommend this location—5+ stars all the way!”

Doug helped me find cute frames that fit my budget and that worked with my insurnace plan. The glasses were ready in under a half hour and Doug is a very kind and caring person.
