Excellent visit at The Eye Care Center! There is a reason this award winning practice is the best around. Dr. Tom Phillips provided exceptional care for my daughter during her first eye exam. His professional and calm demeanor immediately put her at ease. He was gentle and thorough, taking the time to explain each step of the process and what he was evaluating. Office staff is friendly and helpful when making an appointment and all follow up information was provided efficiently. Thank you Dr. Tom and team!
