Bottom line up front: I would recommend this location to anyone looking for an optometrist. The facility was clean, well run, efficient, and the whole staff was friendly. There is ample parking and it is in a convenient location.Dr. Meltzer was extremely professional and accommodating. As a side note, he even recommended his favorite book- Go Dog Go - which has now become a favorite with my children as well. I will definitely be back for all my future needs and appointments.

I frequent this location and never have issues. However my last visit was slightly annoying because I had to inform the student to wipe down machine and use hand sanitizer more than twice. Dr. Polino is always excellent.

It was a follow up visit to make sure a concern was not a issue all turned out well wich is one of the reasons I only go to the eye institute and trust no other when it comes to my eye care I am walking distance from the Chestnut Hill office and I've been under their I care for some year's now and it is always a obove and beyond experience from the time I walk in the door to the time I leave wich gives me the confidence that I'm getting the best and outstanding care for my eye's. Thanks to the staff for great service......
