I had a wonderful experience at The Eye Institute in the Chestnut Hill area. The location was very convenient and close to home, which was a plus. From the moment I arrived, everyone was polite, welcoming, and professional.
My eye exam was thorough, and the student doctor was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. Dr. Sherman was wonderful! She was personable, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed.
They are such a friendly staff at least the people that have service me..The young lady that took care of me was acceptable..She was also very friendly and caring..The doctor that came in after that I truly give him a 10..I think I had him before..He is sooo friendly..Ms V who ordered my lenses was very courteous and caring..
