“My husband and I highly recommend Lions Heating and Air Conditioning without reservation. Tristan, the owner, came out to review our old HVAC unit setup, listened to our budget concerns, and provided three cost level estimates for a high-quality replacement split unit. Dan knowledgably answered any questions when I called the office. John and Chris, the gentlemen who came to remove our old unit and install the new one a week after the estimates were given to us, were courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of our property, including putting on boot covers on their shoes each and every time they came into the house to walk on an area of our floor that they hadn’t covered with tarps. They worked quietly and efficiently, and although the job took several hours, it was done thoroughly and with the utmost care. Anywhere they worked was cleaned up so you couldn’t even tell they were there except for the new equipment they had just installed. Our unit is running perfectly and we couldn’t be happier with the whole process. Our initial contact with Lions was when Tristan came out three years ago to give a cooling boost to our aging unit. We were so impressed with him that we had no hesitation in calling again when it came time to replace the unit.Original review in 2021:When the first heat wave of the season hit, we discovered that our 11-year old HVAC unit wasn't throwing any cold air. “I have been very pleased with Family HVAC. They installed an entire new system in my home in Dec.2022 and have been servicing it ever since. My home came with some puzzling issues that prevented the furnace from operating properly and everyone at Family HVAC was determined to get this problem fixed. Especially Brew. He could not sleep until he figured out the problem; and he did! (It was something in my house, not Family's fault at all) Every service technician who has been to my home has been courteous and professional and determined not to leave until any issues have been addressed and concluded. “SK Heating came recommended by a trusted friend who knew I was in a bind with a heating issue just before COVID. In the dead of winter, Saki came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I know he wedged me into an already-tight schedule and it was life-saving move! Since then I have used SK for routine maintenance and repairs. Today, I experienced another issue with a pressure valve on a heater that is on its last legs. Saki came over, diagnosed the problem and we have a repair visit scheduled for later this week. He was frank about the age of the heater and we discussed the possibility that it needs replacement, but he was honest and fair and said he could do a repair so I can get another few years out of it. I so appreciate the honesty and expert advise! Saki is not only reliable, thorough and knowledgeable, he's a decent guy! A real gentleman! I would not trust my Heating/HVAC repair and service to anyone else.“

Kim call in afternoon and even though they of course are busy because of hot weather she fix me in then she texted me with tech's name and would be arriving soon. It was a clogged line and tested it. “Our hot water heater stopped working and and I called Feehan Plumbing. They had a cancellation and a tech was available to come to our house within an hour. He trouble shot the heater and got it fired up again. The HWH tripped off again later that afternoon, after business hours. The answering service forwarded my message and I got a call back from Tommy Feehan. He explained that the HWH should be replaced as it was 13 years old. He emailed me a professional estimate with a reasonable price and a credit for the first service call. He scheduled the job for the first stop the next morning. The two techs did a great job and they even put down a drop cloth to keep our floors clean. Bravo Zulu. Also Feehan Plumbing replaced our main sewer line when we sold our old house 4 years ago and did a great job!“

“In response to my call, their A/C specialist (“FRED”) phoned me on Weds April 24th 2024, and was here before 8am the very next morning (Thurs) to inspect my split-type central A/C system. He quickly determined that the outdoor Condenser Unit (30 yrs old) and the indoor 'Coil' (20 yrs old) needed replacement. He carefully explained my various equipment options, and then gave me a VERY reasonable estimate. I put down a Deposit via my credit card. FRED returned before 8am the following morning (Friday April 25th) with the boxes of new A/C equipment (Carrier brand), which he temporarily stored in my garage. On Saturday morning (April 26th), FRED returned before 8am again, this time with a helper he called his “duct man”. They wasted no time in getting to work. I was impressed and amazed by the speed and efficiency with which they worked together. They were very hard-working, knowledgeable, and experienced individuals who worked seamlessly together. They completed their work MUCH more quickly than I expected. They left absolutely no mess behind them. It went up to 90F a couple days later, and saw that my Central A/C system is working like new again. Big difference. I VERY, VERY highly recommend Superior Comfort Heating & Cooling LLC (here in Philadelphia, PA). They're as good as it gets !!“

“They are across the street from me and for some reason I never used them. They took me on the same day and within 2 hours I had heat. I used another company for a long time but they were "big business, with big prices" I know S&H is a very successful form with multiple trucks but they were very personable and fixed my furnace in no time. I'm a single mom and know nothing about furnaces and they could have totally taken advantage of me like other companies have But they didn't and I knew the minute the service tech arrived that I was not going to be taking advantage of and that is priceless. “Flourtown heating and AC has been out to our house a few times since we bought our house: first, to give us information on replacing our very old HVAC system, and second: to repair our AC when it broke this summer. Most recently, Tom came out quickly and fixed our AC without any pressure to replace our system (that is at least 20 years old). When the first fix didn’t work, he came out a second time and fixed it free of charge.
