Hophan Brother’s Plumbing & Heating
“We've had numerous services from Hophan Brothers over the years and I can't rave about them enough! They're very responsive, courteous and professional in their communication and in their work ethic.
I initially called them for a minor plumbing and heating issue in the past, and when I later needed to have major work done to my entire plumbing system they took extra care and consideration to make sure the work was completed and they followed up to make sure everything was working. The call started as an emergency call with a toilet backing up water, which we later discovered turned into a full blockage just before the county line (of course) that had collapsed and required excavation. They knew and collaborated seamlessly with the excavation company, even over the course of a weekend, to make sure that our plumbing was back up and running. That's just the tip of the iceberg with the amount of work we've had completed by Hophan Brothers - from pipe and shutoff valve updates, to HVAC humidifier replacement, to bathroom tub faucet upgrades and replacements - I have called them for every single plumbing issue and they responded promptly and professionally each and every time and with FAIR prices! Something else that is rare these days! I can't recommend them enough due to their work quality and how friendly every staff member has been towards me and my husband. They also have great recall about the work they have completed and are quick to answer any questions and give assistance with anything plumbing related they can.
If you need a regular local plumber that's reliable, knowledgable and courteous, Hophan Brothers are the best in the business! They're the only plumber we'll ever call!”
