We have an older home and have used them for AC maintenance/repair, for furnace maintenance, hotter heater replacement (their emergency response was the best.) and for electrical work. In every case they were able to resolve the issue and when the problem was particularly complex and difficult to troubleshoot, they stayed with it until a solution was found and repairs completed.
