He walked us through the entire product and process, explaining the door construction and how it would be installed. We ultimately didn't move forward with the door - because we were able to get our existing door, which we thought was a lost cause, working perfectly again via a very affordable lock service technician. But if we need replacement doors or windows in the future, we would certainly ask for Rob to come out again.“
