“I was debating whether to give 4 or 5 stars, but ultimately decided on 5 stars because of the unique situation I put Brett in. Read below for more details.

I had already moved out but needed a sewer scan for use and occupancy in Lower Southampton Township (implemented in 2022). Brett was one of the local plumbers recommended by the township, so I contacted him. Since I was not in the area, there was a minor case of miscommunication that could have cost me an extra $200. However, this was resolved through a solution that Brett provided.

The sewer cleanouts within the house were unable to provide a good scope all the way to the main line due to turns and incorrectly positioned T's from past renovations. Brett had to dig in my front yard to install a new cleanout (again, required by the township). He was very responsive during work hours, and we discussed the procedure remotely. He completed all the required tasks in a very short timeframe, including pulling permits.

His team was also very careful in removing a portion of my fence to fit an excavator in, and they placed the fence back almost perfectly. Besides digging down 10 feet, he and his team also flattened out the area very well afterward. He even made sure not to scratch up my driveway or my neighbor's driveway.
