Chris and his team did an amazing job on our floors. Our 1937 build has the original wood floors in multiple rooms and they were really needing to be refinished as well as be repaired in some areas. I was pregnant at the time, so we also utilized the service where they were able to help us move the necessary furniture to get the job done which was extremely helpful. The team was nice, on time, and everything came out great. Chris is really responsive and kind and clearly extremely well-versed in all things wood floors. Definitely recommend this company.
Chris and his crew were fantastic! Chris responded quickly to emails and came to the house twice before doing the work. He provided a quick estimate, provided stain options and then put 4 stains on our flooring so that we could see how it looked. Our floor was carpeted, so we were unsure of the condition of the wood, and on the scheduled date, Chris texted that there were some pet stains and told us that he could replace or paint over. We ultimately replaced that wood, and the additional cost wasn't bad. Because of the replacement, they had to work a few hours on a second day, but the floors turned out amazing! And the dust was minimal. Highly recommend!
