Mark was our Sales Consultant. From the moment we walked in the store we knew we were in the right place. Mark came up to us, greeted us and introduced himself to us. He asked what we were looking for and proceeded to guide us in the right direction. He gave us suggestions, ideas and steared us away from flooring that would’ve been a complete mistake.
