“I had an emergency with an old feral cat who had injured her eye and had a respiratory infection. Wales practice fit her in quickly and treated her like a queen. When I had to return when she ripped her eye out, they cleaned it, put on a cone and spent time AFTEER they were closed to find me an affordable emergency vet where she could get eye surgery. The office staff and vets were tremendous and the price was much less for her visit and medicines were much less than I expected. I would HIGHLY recommend them.“

However, why are we paying for an emergency visit an then have to wait an hour for to see the vet.

Why are the employees who answer the phone diagnosing our pets over the phone.

AND WHY ARE WE PAYING THE PRICES WE PAY AND HAVE TO WATCH ONE OF THE GIRLS AT THE DESK KNITTING ( OR CROCHETING). LIKE THERE IS NOTHING ELSE THAT CAN BE DONE?????? :(“
