Erie Restoration Inc. with both Natalie and Gary, have provided prompt and excellent services to emergency situations that our Company has encountered during the last few years. Fire restoration of a townhouse was initiated quickly after the fire with knowledgeable employees and supervision to complete repairs in a timely manner,while working together with our insurance adjuster.Another situalion involved a toilet waterline break on 2nd floor of a tenant townhouse, where again, ERI responded quickly to clean up the water damage while protecting tenants furniture and belongings and completing the repairs efficiently so the tenant could move back into the home. I’ve used ERI occasionally when I was in the residential rental business. They’ve always responded quickly, and handled all aspects of restoration, whether it was a smaller water loss or a major fire that affected an entire building. Their performance is why I am a repeat customer!
