I commute into Philly once/week, and one of the bright spots of those days is getting into her office, chatting about anything and everything going on, and then getting an extremely personalized treatment that includes needles, moxa, sometimes cupping or gua sha, depending on what's going on. The treatments help with so many things, especially headaches and sinuses (I don't think I've had one sinus infection since I started seeing her), digestion, sleep, and most of all stress.
