Well….I had shingles earlier in the year and it was bad! Ever since I had nerve pain and damage on my left side. I went through MRI/XRays and all was clear. They wanted to put me on a strong meds which I was against, due to my job. I even had an epidural. Which did not really help. Well for an about 2 weeks and pain was back.
Both my family doctor and neurologist both told me to try it. I was skeptical of it. I was afraid of getting it and having more damage.
