“I had the best experience using Mr. Contractor (Ken) Inc. Ken is respectful and kind and responds in a timely manner, if not immediately, through phone calls and text messages. He is a man of his word, and he and his crew arrive on time. If there is a need for cancelation due to inclement weather, Mr. Ken gives you a call, unlike contractors who don't show up. Mr. Contractor's work included replacing the garage door wall, reframing and adding a door and vinyl insulated siding, installing two new living room windows, framing and insulating cracks around the basement window, removing mirrors along the staircase wall and installing a hand railing, removing the outside front deck, replacing the hose bib and maintenance and coated the roof. The quality of the work was exceptional, with attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction.
