Lucky Dawgs treats my pup like their own. We drop our pup off on our way to work in the morning. He runs around and has a blast with all his puppy friends, then comes home exhausted. He loves going there to play! We've even boarded him when we've gone on vacation. I see the pictures of a happy pup and know he's well cared for. I had the issue when first trying to find a builder that when you Google "Custom Home builders near me," you get companies that say and are labeled as custom on Google but are not. When I started my journey of looking for a home builder the number one thing I was looking for was to build a unique home that no one else has. Costa made that dream a reality. Upon my first meeting with Tracey and Tony, I knew they were the ones I wanted my home to be built by. They accommodated so much more than I expected from a home builder after talking with many others before them. Everyone else I spoke to always said "No we don't/can't/won’t do that you need to stay close to our blueprints we have" Costa on the other hand said, "Whatever you can think of we can do it."They are always available to answer any questions/concerns you may have at the start of the project and throughout the whole building process. I had never gone a whole day without someone on their team getting back to me about numerous amount of questions I had from start to finish. When building a home there are things I had no idea the purpose of and having the peace of mind to be able to ask the question and get a response in a quick manner was amazing. I heard many times from my friends and family "Building a home must be a nightmare!" or "Aren't you stressed 24/7?" I, however, never once experienced that. In July of 2023 there was an all day rain with heavy downpours. For the first time in the 47 years we have been living in our house we had major water damage which ruined the carpet in our finished family room. We thought this was an anomaly and had no further water damage from subsequent rains until mid-January 2024 when there was a similar rain event producing major water entry into our house again. We began researching drainage and foundation repair companies and ended up calling Isbir Construction & Landscape Corp. Mike Isbir was very thorough and nice to work with. After agreeing on a contract his crew started on a Monday. Mark Miller was the supervisor and he had a crew of four able bodied and hard working young men. Mike Isbir showed up every morning before the work began and detailed for us all that the crew would be working on that day. We needed re-grading of the land in the front and back of our house and on the left side, a new porch and stepped walkway and a new back patio with a Versa-Lock wall on one side. Work proceeded Monday and Tuesday and the crew tarped all the unfinished work areas Tuesday before leaving because rain was forecast for Wednesday. The rain did come Wednesday and it was all day with at least two periods of heavy downpours, and the water found its way around and under the tarps and we had water entry again. When Mike and the crew arrived Thursday morning we explained what happened and Mike was very apologetic and immediately got to work trying to recreate the water entry using a garden hose. He and Mark found the main points of entry which allowed Mark and the crew to know exactly where the most remediation was needed. They worked all day Thursday and Friday, finishing their work on Friday. We had an all day rain event that Sunday and I am happy to say we were dry. Thank you Mike, Mark and crew. Little background...1930s Pleasant Hills House with 1930s electric....lived in for 12 years and had issues with each and every switch/outlet since purchased from a flipper in 2008...and finally it was beyond my "expertise" to patch up.I figured I was going to get hosed, just not the case.Called Moses at 8:30 and had an electrician (Chris) out there by 9:30...Chris fixed all the issues which I had in three hours. As with any "older" home the electric is crazy and one circuit accounts for one or two outlets/switches in every room in house. Mines no different...he fixed the three circuits that were causing me problems throughout the entire home.Everything works, everything is grounded, there is no humming, there is no switch without a purpose or power, the amp draw for the circuits are extremely low. Chris from Moses fixed it ALL..$80 for service call and 75$/hour plus parts. No Brainer.Services: Socket or switch repair

Best place to take your pups to get groomed if you don’t want to deal with the hassle of setting up an appointment. They are so friendly, understanding and not judge-mental at all! (At least I don’t think so) we have three medium-large doodles and they always do a good job and leave them smelling great. We’ve been coming here for about a year now I believe and never go anywhere else really
I received a call back within an hour and a tech was available immediately to install our pool heater. Dylan was pleasant to work with and completed the install quickly and accurately and at a fair price. I will continue to use Elvis Electric for all our electrically needs.
