I am a renter and Dennis Carr Heating and AC services my building. When I initially reported a problem with my heat to my property manager, they immediately reached out to Dennis to set an appointment as they said the issue was beyond their scope to repair. Property Management set an appointment based on availability I gave them.
The day of the appointment came, and the 4-Hour appointment window came and went and I never heard from anyone at Carr. I had a feeling there had been some sort of mix-up between my property manager and Carr's office, so I called the HVAC company myself and asked if I was on their schedule. Dennis himself told me that my property manager had scheduled, and then canceled, an appointment for me two days prior. He immediately asked if I was still having a heating issue and to describe the problem. Dennis and DJ we're in my apartment an hour later getting to the bottom of everything. They very quickly diagnose the problem, let me know that they needed to get a part, and they were back the next day to make the repair. I am extremely grateful to them for honoring my appointment and coming to my aid despite some sort of miscommunication somewhere along the way.
I called a couple companies to fix my ac unit. Of which they only wanted to give me pricing on replacing my unit. “They said my unit was obsolete and no longer make the parts.” I called Machi, Stephen diagnosed my unit to intermittent relay failure on a board. He got the part that everyone else said they couldn’t get. My AC has been running flawless since. Thanks Machi. Wife and kids are happy and that’s what matters!!

They are kind, compassionate, and thorough. They have provided care for all of our pets over our life time and continue to do so. We are happy to be back with them. I would recommend them to anyone who needs care for their furry friend!
