I am so grateful to have found The Valley Om. The teachers and community there are kind and welcoming. They offer a variety of different styles of yoga classes, bodywork, specialty classes and have fun things going on at the studio all the time. Their classes are well timed and fit into my schedule easily. I highly recommend joining or taking class here!

I am so happy to have found The Valley Om. From my first class with her, Sue already knew my name without asking. I felt extremely welcomed. Yoga has transformed my mental health and body, and I cannot wait to continue this journey with The Valley Om.

I fell in love as soon as I walked in the studio! The positive and caring energy of everyone filled me with such comfort I have never experienced at any other yoga class. Truly a special place.
