We originally thought we could handle the permitting, planning, and township review process ourselves—fill out a few papers and get started. I couldn’t have been more wrong. What we expected to be simple quickly became overwhelming and stressful.

Brooke took full control of coordinating with the township, architects, and land development engineers, handled all the required paperwork, and essentially put what had been a very stressful application process on cruise control. Any time I had a question, I could call or text him and he would respond quickly with clear, straightforward answers.

Beyond just managing the process, Brooke identified issues and shortcomings with contractors we had hired and stepped in when needed to keep the project on track. Because of his involvement, our project has stayed on budget and on schedule—something I’m confident would not have happened without him.
