After years of promises and excuses from other people you managed to get it done and kept me updated along the way. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate it. It was nice to visit my parents grave without first feeling anger over the stones condition.Updating my review to 4 stars. Riverside is lucky to have you.************It’s going on two and a half years now and my mothers grave still has no date on it.. Just a hole where they tried to engrave it, messed up, cut a chunk out and then glued a date in. A date which fell out within a month.They told me they are redoing the whole stone but as of yet nothing.“

Darryl and Paul were incredibly helpful, addressing my concerns promptly. However, the individuals answering the phones were disappointingly rude and unhelpful. Despite months of requests to speak with grounds, they offered no assistance. Fortunately, Darryl stepped in, listened attentively, and resolved every issue. Without his support, honoring my father would still be a challenge. Improvement in customer service is crucial for a better overall experience. 5 stars for Darryl and Paul. “I had the absolute pleasure of working with Phoenixville Memorial Works to produce a memorial marker for my wife. For obvious reasons, hopefully I never need their services again....BUT, I would not hesitate for one minute reaching out to them if needed. The experience was so much more than me just buying a product from them. They were incredibly flexible with me and they helped in providing wonderful ideas along the way. They also were incredibly thoughtful and compassionate and I felt like I was dealing with people who truly cared. I wasn't just dealing with an impersonal sales entity.
