I had the absolute pleasure of working with Phoenixville Memorial Works to produce a memorial marker for my wife. For obvious reasons, hopefully I never need their services again....BUT, I would not hesitate for one minute reaching out to them if needed. The experience was so much more than me just buying a product from them. They were incredibly flexible with me and they helped in providing wonderful ideas along the way. ** UPDATE**After I posted the review, the business did reach out to me to complete the work on my parents' memorial stone. I'll chalk it up to bad timing, grief and a transition of the business management -- all on their end. Once they saw my review, they did complete the work quickly and tried to make it right by adding both of my parents' information at the same time.It is a beautiful stone -- the quality of work is very good.I no longer think this is a scam business - however, I can't speak to their timeliness of delivery or communicativeness now. I am going to say that my experience was a good one. I had lost my husband to covid 19. His mom had ordered one for him then due to family issues I was not told I was in the process of a legal battle to move my husband from his parent's plot to our plot. At the time I put 100$ down Amber's mom was alive and was a big help in choosing the headstone and Amber had let me know about the other headstone. The only bad thing that happened was someone had jumped the gun and started laying the foundation for the one my husband's mother ordered before the legal issues were finalized.Lynn Barnett from New York State
