Amber and Mike did an amazing job on my wife’s headstone. I wanted to use a local business to make this lasting tribute. They have a large selection of headstones in an array of different colors. I was thrilled to be able to pick something different from black or gray!
I had an idea what I wanted on the front and back of the stone and Amber was able to take my ideas and designed it perfectly. Mike is truly a craftsman and reproduced my design flawlessly on the stone. It turned out beautifully.

Truly a wonderful experience at Phoenixville Memorial Works. A great family run business! Everything went smoothly and the service was wonderful from the office to the installation at the gravesite! Set just in time for my out of town family’s arrival! Will use them in the future should the need arise!
Been waiting a year to have my father's marker updated. Not very responsive to emails nor voice messages. Can't get status on when it might get done. They do good work, but customer service leaves much to be desired.
