Title: Mixed Experience, Exceptional Support from Darryl and Paul. UPDATEI recently had a mixed experience with this cemetery. Darryl and Paul were incredibly helpful, addressing my concerns promptly. However, the individuals answering the phones were disappointingly rude and unhelpful. Despite months of requests to speak with grounds, they offered no assistance. Fortunately, Darryl stepped in, listened attentively, and resolved every issue. Without his support, honoring my father would still be a challenge. Improvement in customer service is crucial for a better overall experience. 5 stars for Darryl and Paul. My Father was buried here and we never had a problem with the grounds until now. We went there 9/1/23 and found tall weeds 3ft allowed to cover his stone and a whole line of other stones in this one area. My son and I pulled them out manually in front of his. To the owner please find out why this was allowed to happen. To be clear this area is very close to the Gulph Church 101 Matsonford Rd. So I am not sure these 2 places are the same.Update 9/6/2023Gulph cemetery called me back and explained the situation. these are actual Native plants and are helpful for the Ecological role they have while blooming. I haven't been inside of this cemetery but it certainly is beautiful. If I was going to be buried somewhere, I would want it to be a place like this. Beautiful scenery. The rolling hills in the back, all if the trees.
