Update: Finally Riverside Cemetery has someone there who knows what they are doing. Thank you so much Brent Peeples for finally getting my parents tombstone fixed. After years of promises and excuses from other people you managed to get it done and kept me updated along the way. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate it. It was nice to visit my parents grave without first feeling anger over the stones condition.Updating my review to 4 stars. Riverside is lucky to have you.************It’s going on two and a half years now and my mothers grave still has no date on it.. On this Veteran's Day I just wanted to take a moment to remember my grandfather and thank the team over at Riverside Cemetery where he is buried. I went to visit his grave and noticed that it was unmarked, and apparently had been for the past 12 years. Brent Peeples and the team at Riverside were great. They helped me confirm the burial location and helped me obtain a military headstone for my grandfather who served as a Corporal in the Marines in Korea. I find peace in knowing that there is now a physical marker in honor of my grandfather, and I enjoy swinging by to visit his marker and remember him.

Where is the headstone for my mother-in-law? We have paid in full on February 2018. It's been over a year now. Very disappointed to the management.------------------This is update for my mother-in-law's headstone. After I posted the complain, the company immediately contacted me and my husband. They changed the manager in the cemetery and pushed through the process. Finally, in several months, the headstone installed at the grave. It is not just who's fault or not, it is the management team need to improve their job to prevent this kind of long time delay happened. After all, we still appreciate their effort to strait things out.
