However, some concerns remain, such as delays in fixing a damaged grave marker, which has caused frustration. Overall, Riverside Cemetery is valued for its beautiful setting and caring staff, with ongoing efforts to improve service and address past issues.
Travelled to the Riverside cemetery from Cali to find family members remains that are in a mausoleum there but did not remember where . Tracy and crew went above and beyond to help me locate the hard to find , extremely, old mausoleum in the very back of the cemetery. Not only was it very old but it also looked dilapidated and spooky! After the head grounds keeper found the key to the bicycle lock for the fallen apart double doors on the front of the building ,we were able to make entry and found 2 generations of family members! Thank you so much Stacy and crew ! You are the best !
I showed up with no appointment and a couple of names and dates on scrap paper. I recently learned that I have many family members in this cemetery that I never knew existed. Tracy was lovely! She took it in stride, pulled books and ledgers, found the burial sites for those names and called a grounds keeper to escort me too the site. They were both so helpful!!!
I recently visited the cemetery, and I was truly impressed by how beautifully the grounds are maintained. Everything was peaceful, clean, and thoughtfully cared for, which made the visit feel comforting and serene.
I also want to give special recognition to one of the groundskeepers I encountered. His name is Blane. He was incredibly kind and went out of his way to help me. His willingness to offer guidance and his genuine compassion made a meaningful difference during my visit. It’s clear he takes great pride in his work, and it shows in every detail.
