We were very pleased and impressed with Kleinbauer Mechanical from start to finish. Jordan had a great first impression on the phone when I called about our central air not working. They were flexible in getting someone out to our house as soon as possible at a time that worked well for me. Chris then came out and was top notch professional from start to finish. He was very friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and able to communicate what was wrong in ways I clearly understood. One the issue was diagnosed, he gave me the options on what we could do to fix things and the timeline in which it could be done. He was never pushy, never seemed in a rush, and we felt very taken care of! Their prices are also super reasonable because they’re a locally owned, small, mom and pop company versus the huge commercial HVAC companies. We had a great experience and most definitely plan to use them again in the future!!
Our heat went out and they came the next morning on time and with great communication. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly. Chris was awesome and explained everything in detail. We would recommend and will use them again!
Recently had an problem with our heat. They came out to check on the issue first thing in the morning. Problem was resolved very quickly. Would definitely recommend them in the future.
