“We scheduled a service call. They came on the day scheduled and the technician was extremely thorough and very friendly. After much time surveying our issue, he showed us what the cause of the dampness in our attic was. It was an HVAC vent that had condensation dripping down onto the plywood floor. We are very grateful for the hard work he put in to find the problem.“
