“I had a positive experience at Douglassville Tower Health Urgent Care. I visited on Monday, November 24th, 2025 at 7:30 PM. Despite not having an appointment, being a walk-in patient, the staff were caring and compassionate, yet quite thorough every step of the process. The check-in experience was easy because all my information, insurance, and past history were already in MyChart/EPIC. Plus, there was no wait at all—my name was called right after I checked in. The staff were kind and easy to talk to, but I also felt confident that they knew exactly what to do to help me. After asking me what brought me in, I had a thorough exam and a treatment plan was offered, and I agreed with their recommendation. Due to the lateness of my walk-in, I understood my medications would be ready the next day; however, if it was earlier in the day, I could have gotten any pertinent prescription(s) sent to the pharmacy of my choice the same day. I was in and out in 48 minutes, without feeling rushed, and that impressed me. I would absolutely recommend this Urgent Care office, and I would likely be back if the future need arose.“

“Amazing dental care at CHDC Pottstown, Pa. Dr. Lupin is great, as well as his assistant Molly. They are so nice, make you feel comfortable, explain the whole process as they go along, and really go out of their way to make your experience enjoyable. Most people strongly dislike going to the dentist, but my 16yr old daughter never complains about going. That’s gotta tell you something! Dental appointment can be so expensive, even with insurance…these guys have an income based program that is super easy to enroll in. My daughter and I have been using their services for over a year now and have only had good experiences. I can’t say enough about the dental services at CHDC Pottstown. Definitely check them out!“

“Dr. Donaldson is an incredible doctor. I'm amazed at the amount of knowledge he has and his ability to diagnose and solve issues. I went from being unhealthy with high blood pressure and cholesterol to being in the best shape of my life. I couldn't have done it without his guidance. Be prepared for him to spend a ton of time with you to understand your body, which is something unheard of today.“

“I just want to start out by saying I have never been more comfortable in a doctors office in my life than when I am at Brookside. I have a lot of anxiety surrounding doctors from past experiences but they have been amazing here. Jamey Renninger is amazing. I went with my wife to her appointment and loved the experience so much I became a patient too. I am surprised to see the other reviews saying such bad things about Brookside. Maybe there were issues in the past but none now. The front desk associates are amazing. They are always available to help and they are attentive and take care of you just as much as Jamey does.“
