“I have been bringing my cats to Patton since 2009 when I moved to PA. I have had dozens of cats seen there. Both my own and also cats/kittens that I have fostered. I've been there for everything from a routine appt, to having to put an animal down. The staff have always been caring and professional. I love the fact that they built a seperate cat wing. It is very calming for cats (and cat parents!) to be away from barking dogs and general chaos. The rooms are equipped with places for kitties to hide and also climb. I moved 45 min away from Red Lion in 2020. I would rather drive that distance than take my cats anywhere else. The doctors always take the time to answer your questions and go over treatment options. As an RN, I take my vet choices as seriously as I do the choices I make for my human family's care-if not more! I highly recommend Patton Veterinary Hospital!“

“This vet is right on the corner so you can turn in from the left turn lane on Leaders Heights Road before you get to the light for Powder Mill Road or be ready to turn left immediately after you turn left on Powder Mil Road. Go slowly so you don't get rear ended and hope someone isn't waiting for the light.Turning in from Leaders Heights road is easier if you go slow in the left turn lane for Powder Mill Road you will see the entrance.“

“I highly recommend Heston. When my pets need vet care, I have total confidence in Dr. Ludwig and his staff. I recently needed quick refills on meds and Doc was so accommodating on getting them filled for me. He has a vast knowledge of domestic animals and will go out of his way for their care and comfort. He personally cares for them as if they were his own pets. Whether it’s a sick visit or well care, the staff at this office treats you kindly and with concern. We travel an hour 1 way to this office and it is a well worth the trip. Best veterinary services we’ve had!“

“Vet herself went above & beyond and was super helpful with the doggie I took in that had some issues I was concerned about- and she was really informative on what I needed to seek out at a vet for him an to make sure the vet does- before he would go there. She took her time with him (he's an older dog and scared of everything) and he didn't cry, yelp, nip, or anything! Very, very pleased with her!!!However one of the assistants I assume it was- wasn't the happiest of face- looked disgusted & was turning her nose up- wasn't very friendly with any of us customers- but everyone else that was there (the ones that brought the dogs out of the cashier didn't) seemed pleasant, they smiled, talked to the animals or people. But overall, very happy! Thank you!“
