I have been bringing my cats to Patton since 2009 when I moved to PA. I have had dozens of cats seen there. Both my own and also cats/kittens that I have fostered. I've been there for everything from a routine appt, to having to put an animal down. The staff have always been caring and professional. I love the fact that they built a seperate cat wing. It is very calming for cats (and cat parents!) to be away from barking dogs and general chaos. The rooms are equipped with places for kitties to hide and also climb. I will never not recommend Patton. I have seen all the doctors at least once and I am never disappointed.... Update 1-27-24. NEVER will I leave Patton. I have had some very rough times with my dogs, and they ALWAYS listen to my crazy questions and answer honestly. I have a dog that has fear aggression, and Dr. Walters is so very kind to her.

Patton Veterinary Hospital was the only place other than the emergency vet that would see our cat Tubby that same day. Tubby had wondered off outside and ended up with an abscess in and around his left ear. He wasn't a pretty sight when I found him. Anyhow, Patton vet hospital took him in, ran some tests on him, cleaned out his infected ear, treated him for the fleas and ear mites that he picked up, and sent him home to us with antibiotics and pain meds. I'm very pleased to say that Tubby is eating well, and drinking. He was very emaciated when I found him so he hasn't used his litter box yet.
