They made accommodations, taking us as the first appointment of the day and being so gentle with our doggie. They are also one of the only groomers I've encountered that actually gives the cut and length I ask for every time. They are quick too and I appreciate the weekend appointment options!“

“I’m from out of town. I have a white Persian cat and I needed to find someone to groom him. My sister had recommended Joyce whom she had met. I called Joyce. She was so so nice on the phone. I was really looking forward to see her. Her history grooming. Animals was impressive.. so I dropped my cat off and I came back to pick them up within an hour. He looked beautiful, so so handsome she did such an amazing job. She didn’t need to use a cone. She believes that her in the cat bond and she hold her cat close to her as she groom them she gains there total total trust. My cat came home. He’s strutting around the house. He loves loves loves his haircut. I can’t say enough about Joyce, but thank you so much for taking care of him. He means a lot to me if anyone needs a cat groomer that would take care of your cat like it’s theirs Joyce is the one. I have nothing but positive things to say about the Grooming Depot.

Everyone there is super sweet. My dog is pretty shy and he warms up to the girls there very quickly when I drop him off.

Christy is my groomer, and I have to say she does an absolutely magnificent job. Every time I leave he looks perfect. She takes the time to listen to me on how I want my dog done. And she always talks to me and lets me know how the appointment went.

“We just moved into the area a few months ago and were looking for a new groomer for our three poodles. Karen was booked out when I first reached out (a great sign), but we were added to a cancellation list. My dogs had their first appointment this week and everything was great.

The pups look great. Karen was communicative throughout the whole process and sent updates and photos as well. My dogs did great with her which tells me she made them feel safe and comfortable! Karen was also understanding when I was running a few minutes behind on a hectic day.

“We LOVE Chrissy!! Our Great Pyrenees hates bath time and it is a multiple person job to get him clean. Chrissy and the other staff are so patient and always have a great attitude for the massive undertaking that is bath time :) the shop is clean and I've never seen more than 2-3 dogs in there at once, which is a nice contrast to the boarding/grooming places that are very loud and stressful for my dog. And the price (for large dog bath and nail trim at least) is comparable to or a little less than other places I've taken him.“
