Tom is his guy on-site basically every day -- he is great. He does great custom woodwork. I had his contact info as well and he always kept me up to date on a daily basis. They are thorough, professional, clean, and just all-around nice guys. They don't stop until it's perfect and the customer is happy. I will definitely go to them with any future home improvement needs!“

We had 2 large area rugs and a hall runner that were taken to the shop for cleaning since we have refurbished hardwood floors; pickup was uneventful. Their price included: moving furniture, tearing out and disposing of the old carpet, and installing new padding and carpet. Lowes had the least expensive price of the four retail carpet places that we went to. Our sales person, Pattie, made shopping very easy. With the guesstimated amount of carpet needed she was able to give us a fairly accurate price. The price was less after they measured as we needed less carpet than anticipated.
The installers cared for our home well, were efficient, and craftsman in their trade. They did an excellent job with minimal marks on our newly painted trim (which is to be expected).“
