My wife and I recently replaced our carpet on our second floor with new floors. We received a few different quotes and chose Shawn and his team at Affordable Floors for a couple of reasons. It was clear in our initial consult with Shawn that his team’s preparation and attention to detail were not matched by the other vendors. He gave us a precise plan for our floors which included installing a new layer of 1/4 inch subfloor across the entire upstairs. This was a critical step that other vendors were not offering. The reason this mattered to us is because our new floors are LVP. With LVP it is crucial to have a 100% flat surface (or as close to it) as an under-layer...read full review
We had an excellent experience with Affordable Floors from start to finish! They were professional and very easy to work with. They helped us with getting estimates on multiple different carpet styles and installation came quickly after deciding on one. We are very happy with the finished product. It looks incredible and they did a great job keeping everything clean and in place. 10/10 recommend this company for your flooring needs!
