“My son had an emergency and needed to see an eye doctor. It was urgent, to determine if his optic nerve was pressing against his brain, and if there was swelling in the brain. I contacted the office and Kitty got my son an immediate appointment the next day. The doctor reviewed the results with us same day. Kitty made sure the results were promptly sent to the neurosurgeon and followed up with me to make sure the neurosurgeon received everything he needed. We received great, prioritized care, and the best customer service. We wouldn't go anywhere else!“

“Update 11/3. I decided to try the new doctor in the practice, Dr Nader. Our appointment was at 9:15. She arrived in the office at 9:30. She looked at us in the waiting room and said nothing. When she came out to bring us back a few minutes later, she didn’t say a word about the fact that she was late. I know things happen but would have appreciated at least an acknowledgement given that we were missing school and work. I will stick with Dr Rehak in the future.Previous reviewI have been a patient of Dr. Rehak's for over 15 years. I have recommended Colonial Family Eyecare to many friends. My entire family goes here as well. Dr. Rehak takes his time to explain our eye health. He worked with me to find a lasik provider that would be a good fit for me. I never feel rushed in an appointment or while picking out frames. The staff is all very friendly and knowledgeable. Debby is absolutely amazing. She is always patient and friendly. She knows the insurance plans very well and is always helpful navigating the various plans we have been on.“

“Received the glasses with a new prescription and the frames I chose. Wearing them at work I found the were slipping down my nose. Put some ear grippers on them and found it uncomfortable. Called the shop. Whenever I speak to the guys at Precision Eyeware they are top notch polite professionals. I was told to come in and explore options. The “options” were great and I am now a completely satisfied and happy customer. I will recommend and return to this shop for my vision needs from this time on. A+ service and atmosphere. “I highly recommend this practice for urgent and immediate eye care. I felt strongly cared for and attended to immediately on the spot. On a Friday afternoon, I came in with an urgent, emerging situation of eye irritation after a bout of conjunctivitis and a stye, and unfortunately had rubbed my eyes too much. It was more of an emergency than I realized. My right cornea was a torn mess. I was in pain, my eye was watering nonstop, and I couldn't keep it open because the normal light was too bright.I was expertly treated by doctor Jon R. Fabriziani, whom I found on zocdoc. With his care, I experienced efficient diagnostics and immediate treatment of my cornea. After the visit, I felt confident I went to the right place. Follow up care was easy to book. At the follow up, I reported significant improvement with treatment and we continued further treatment. I didn't really know how everything would turn out, but it seems to be healing very well after a few days of treatment.The practice appears to also provide regular eye exams and glasses fittings, although I didn't go there for those purposes.I was at the Malvern location. If you're driving, it's an easy access first floor of building, easy for wheelchairs or strollers if needed, and the facility is close to highways.“

Not only did he explain, he actually educated me with the latest eye health recommendations, from diet to blue light...never have I encountered this. My 13 yo boy tagged along.
