“This clinic was clean, well maintained, and had no wait time when I took my cat in. The provider and veterinary technician showed compassion for my cat and answered all questions I had with empathy, given the state of anxiety I was in. The cost of the visit and the medications that were needed were surprisingly lower than I anticipated and with the level of care I received. I would highly recommend this clinic for pet owners in need of urgent care.”
“My Goldendoodle, Blue, developed a severe bacterial infection around his groin and back leg. The rash was extremely red and irritated, and we were very concerned about him.
My husband and I are fairly new to the area, and our previous veterinarian was quite far away. I called three different veterinary offices, but unfortunately, none of them could fit Blue in.
When I called Penn Animal Hospital, they were able to schedule an appointment for Blue within just a few hour's. The receptionist was kind, compassionate, and helpful, which meant so much to us during such a stressful situation.
When we arrived, we were taken to an exam room right away. The veterinary technician took their time to discuss Blue’s symptoms and medical history thoroughly. When Dr. Travis came in to examine Blue, he was patient and never made us feel rushed. He carefully addressed all of our concerns and clearly explained Blue’s treatment plan, including the medications he would receive and the proper dosage's.
My husband and I are so grateful that Penn Animal Hospital was able to see Blue so quickly and help him when we needed it most. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our sweet boy! 💙🐾🫶”
“Every time I have to go there, which is fairly often, since I have three dogs, the staff is helpful, very knowledgeable, and goes out of their way to accommodate any needs or requests. While I think all of the veterinarians that have seen my dogs for various things have been wonderful, Dr. Chick is amazing. She goes above and beyond to help your pet, whatever the problem. She really cares and it shows.”
