“My 10 year old terrier mix was having difficulty urinating. Brought her in was greeted by Angel with the most pleasant personality. He got a sample did a urinalysis test and the Vet Dr. Morgan Graham concluded she had a UTI. Got two medications and Chloe was feeling much more comfortable almost immediately after her first dose.

Everyone there treated us with the utmost professionalism and kindness.

“Dr. Joe was absolutely amazing with my Shichon. He owns one as well. That really made me feel reassured Teddy was in the right hands. He answered all of my questions with understanding and compassion. Teddy has been suffering severe constipation issues. He was great giving him his shots and microchip. “VERY CARING PLACE. TOOK OUR MARLEY IN TODAY AND SHE WAS SEEN BY DR AARON. HE WALKED IN AND UNDERSTOOD THE NATURE OF OUR DOG WITHIN SECONDS AND DROPPED DOWN ON THE FLOOR AND SAT TO RELEAVE ANY STRESS THAT SHE HAD. “I don’t usually post reviews but feel like they were owed one. I came here for a second opinion on my cat Dallas, and unfortunately (as I feared) he was inoperable and suffering. I had a feeling it would be time to say goodbye, and a few weeks later writing this post, grateful that saying goodbye was with Greentree Animal Clinic.

Dr. Brown was very kind, gentle, and compassionate with me and my soul cat Dallas. He took his time with us and our goodbyes. Walked me through his situation very gently. The vet techs were all very nice as well. It may have been my first experience, although a sad one, but I will be taking my animals here in the future as their primary vet.

“I have been going to Doc since 1986 with many kitties over the years. That is 40 years!!! A long time to be an active vet in business. I have never had a problem getting my kitties in to see him. I love him and Cathy. So for those upset about doc going into semi retirement after more than 40 years, plan ahead for routine care. For emergencies, emergency clinics are provided. I have had to use emergency clinics before, but as long as doc is there 3 days a week, he will be my vet.“

Her condition is changing now that she is older (18 yo) and the Dr and staff have made accommodations for her to ease her symptoms and stress. They listen and respect you. “My family switched to Hidden Valley Animal Clinic (and Dr. Threadgill) in 2013, and we couldn’t be happier with that decision. Dr. Threadgill identified my boxer’s lymphoma early and supported me through her heartbreakingly short cancer journey—answering endless questions and working closely with specialists until it was time to say goodbye.
When the day came to say goodbye to my 16-year-old Jack Russell, the staff at Hidden Valley went above and beyond, feeding him brownies left over from a staff meeting so he could take his final breaths with fudge smeared on his chin.
I now live out of state, but my senior parents still bring their bully, Nelson, to Hidden Valley, and I am incredibly grateful for the patience, kindness, and care they show both my parents and Nellie. They goes above and beyond for their patients and everyone on the team is so nice, compassionate and really want what’s best for all animals.
