“I have gone to Walmart optical to get new glasses. The service in this location is great esspecially with Matthew. I got a new pair of glasses several years ago. He took a great amount of time helping me. When I got them they did not work for me. I took them back and Matthew exchanged them and got me into a great pair. He is very knowledgeable and CARING. I have worn glasses my entire life and I have never looked forward to shopping for a new pair. Matthew changed that for me.
Walmart optical you have an employee that exemplifies customer service. A traight not easily found today.“

“I just bought a pair of glasses in May from a different company in Pittsburgh. After a few months of wearing them, I went in the store where I bought them from to have them tightened. The lady at the Optical Department had such an attitude & wouldn't attempt to tighten them. She said they were damaged, implied it was my fault, & the only solution was to buy another pair?! I went to Google & was hoping to find a different place that could repair my glasses. I found Eyeglass World & called them. I spoke to Max, who was incredibly kind & said he would try to help. I went in a few days later & saw Max. He fixed them & said I could come back if I needed them tightened again. And whenever I came to Eyeglass World, Max was bogged down with tons of patients. He kept his cool, was very nice, & helpful to each individual! Definitely coming back in the future. THANK YOU =)“

“Great experience! I arrived early to at the Penn Avenue location to look at frames and was helped by everyone to pick out something fun! The optician was great, very helpful and knowledgeable. She gets the credit for picking the winner! Pricing was quite affordable for the high quality of lense options that I wanted! The technician is fast and very personable. “Went here as my daughter needed an eye exam after falling the one at school. She was very nervous, but everyone was so kind and explained what they'd be doing, any noises she'd hear from any of the machines. Giving her time to ask any questions before starting. Dr. Lisa Cox was wonderful during her exam and explaining everything to her. So happy we went here and I'll now be going here for myself.“

“I absolutely love my new glasses! Jess is fabulous and very intuitive. She has a great sense of what the clients styles are. She helped me pick my glasses out. She was very patient and understanding with my own indecisiveness. They were all so kind towards me. The Doctor was very thorough and explained everything to me as she did the exam. I have been worrying about possibly having an underlying issue with my eyes the last yr.. yr and a half. But unfortunately I’m just getting old and need readers (in my own words ofc)?. I read a lot and evr since I’ve been trying to read with my glasses on it makes such a difference. I don’t get the headaches I was getting and the blurry vision afterwards is gone. Also the woman at the front desk that does the scheduling was just a very nice and helpful person. Oh and I dnt want to forget about the 1st woman I seen that did the picture of the back of my eyes and the vision test.. she’s the best! She helped me SO much and was just a joy to talk to while I was with her. It’s like a big family there. The staff is what makes Visionmakers. Truly top tier.
