“I was referred to this place from my coworker. I usually never had great experiences with eye doctors. However, this place was wonderful! All of the staff were great. My doctor who did my eye exam was very personable. Then. when i went to pick out a frame, they were so helpful and patient. Now a few months later, my puppy chewed my glasses and they're getting me a new pair. I couldn't be happier!!! THANK YOU GUYS!!“

“The eyeglass selection here is wonderful as are the prices. Dr. Marlena was amazing. I’ve been wearing contacts for years and she talked things through with me and made a few suggestions about how I might be able to have better vision (w/o having to rely on readers) by making an adjustment in my contact lenses. “It was the only place that would accept my health insurance and they have a variety of glasses. I picked out frames for only $20 and all i had to do was pay $89 for everything. The optometrist was really nice and so was receptionist“
“Went here as my daughter needed an eye exam after falling the one at school. She was very nervous, but everyone was so kind and explained what they'd be doing, any noises she'd hear from any of the machines. Giving her time to ask any questions before starting. Dr. Lisa Cox was wonderful during her exam and explaining everything to her. So happy we went here and I'll now be going here for myself.“
“Had my yearly eye exam and purchased new glasses. I would like to say Thank you to Dr. Gregory and his staff at Bourse Optical they are the best. They are very thorough and thoughtful. They go above and beyond to help you through the process of the examination along with selecting and buying new glasses and contacts. Their website is very user friendly, and it is always easy to get an appointment, and evening hours too. Prices are great and a huge selection to choose from.During my visit, it was determined that my vision did not change however, I could not see clearly out of my current glasses, and it was mentioned that I may be allergic to Poly Lens. I didn't know what this meant, but Theresa took the extra time to sit with me and explain in detail the difference between Poly and Trivex lens. I opted for the New Trivex lens and first the first time in years, I'm seeing crystal clear. I'm so thankful to now have this understanding and to Theresa for walking me through it. For that, I truly recommend Dr. Gregory and his staff and thank them for a job well done.“
“I had to write to follow up on the complaint from the gentleman who said he had such a bad experience here. I was waiting for my sister to finish her eye exam, when this gentleman walked in with his 2 children. He went up and said he was here, and the receptionist checked and his appointments for the children was an hour and a half earlier. She explained that being that late, with 2 children, they just couldn’t squeeze them in. She explained the rebooking fee and said she’d be happy to make new appointments. He repeated he was only a few minutes late, she told him again, it was 1hour, 30 minutes. He kept saying it’s only a few minutes, she kept explaining no, it wasn’t. He was very rude and insistent that it was only a few minutes, then told her it was her fault, she was on the phone. By this time, I was ready to draw him a clock to explain the time difference. She was unfailingly polite, and did her best to appease him. After about 10 minutes of listening to this, I was ready to show him out. I only go here once a year, so it’s not as if. I’m friends with the office personnel. But this poor girl did nothing wrong. I’m not sure how she kept her cool, but I was very impressed with her professionalism. If this gentleman wants to discuss this with me, I’m more than happy to. Thanks for listening.“

“The new Dr. McCann is awesome! My first time going to Walmart Vision Center in Bridgeville today and I was very pleasantly surprised. The doctor there was so easy to talk to and has a wonderful personality. She explained everything patientlyand really seemed to care. She made me very comfortable and feel important. (I'm guessing the rating of 3 is because of the last doctor who was there.)“
“The doctors are the best. Not only knowledgeable but they also have a very caring manner. The front office staff is efficient, and appointments move along smoothly and quickly. I go to Doctor Schaeder, and she's wonderful, but many family members have also gone to Dr. Chang and he is also an excellent doctor. I highly recommend this group. I've referred friends to them as well.“
